How do I read my prescription?
Your prescription includes SPH, CYL, axis, and ADD for each eye. PD (pupillary distance) is measured separately. See our prescription guide for a full walkthrough.
How do I measure my PD?
Use a ruler and a mirror, or ask your optometrist. We recommend two-number PD for progressive lenses.
What is your return policy?
All frames can be returned within 30 days. Prescription lens orders are eligible for store credit if unworn.
What does shipping cost?
Free Canadian shipping on orders over $99. Standard shipping otherwise is a flat $9.95.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't direct-bill yet, but every prescription order includes an itemised receipt for your provider.
How long does my order take?
Non-prescription orders ship in 1–2 business days. Prescription orders are typically 5–9 business days to your door.
